The venue is brilliant, food is outstanding, amazing location next to the restaurant inside. I loved very polite personnel that ensures guests have an excellent stay. Updated, huge room complete with nice bathroom good value for money and a wonderful view plus toiletries.

The hotel was well positioned in La Pineda, the facilities were good and the hotel was clean. The majority of staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent for children.
I believed that I had booked 2 triple rooms, on arrival one room was much larger than the other, the receptionist was not at all helpful or friendly,when I asked if there was any chance that I could be changed to a larger room I was informed that my friend had the only room in the hotel of that size! I believe that I was put in a double room with 2 extra beds rather than a triple room with one extra bed as requested, this would be the only complaint I would have as I paid the same as the other family in our party for a much smaller room.
